This feature is a Liquidshop 'Add-on' and requires an implementation charge per website.
Once activated, the setup of this feature will be available within the settings page of the back-office, Settings > SEO. Click on the Google Configs section and then on the Google remarketing heading, you then be able to add your 'remarketing ID'. You only need to add the ID as the actual code is built in to the pages.
